These terms apply to the website mindcanvaspuzzles.com, the free puzzle download and the publishing app MindCanvas Studio uses on social media platforms. By using the website you agree to them.
1. Who we are
The website is run by C. Marian (trading as MindCanvas Studio), Europe, Romania (“MindCanvas Studio”, “we”, “us”). Email: hello@mindcanvaspuzzles.com. Our full postal address is available on request by email.
2. Our books and Amazon
We do not sell anything directly on this website. Our paperback books are sold and delivered by Amazon. Prices on this site are shown for information in US dollars for Amazon.com and may change; the price, availability and delivery time shown on Amazon apply. Your order, payment, delivery and any return or refund are handled by Amazon under Amazon's terms and conditions. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
3. Free puzzles
The free puzzle PDF is for personal, non-commercial use. You may print it for yourself and your family. Please do not sell it, share the file online or upload it to other websites. A link to our free puzzles page is always welcome.
4. Intellectual property
All texts, puzzle images, covers and logos on this website and in our downloads belong to MindCanvas Studio or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them, except as allowed above or by law.
5. Using the website
Please use the website lawfully. Do not try to disrupt it, access it in an automated way that puts load on the server, or gain unauthorised access to it. We may change, suspend or remove any part of the website at any time.
6. Our publishing app and social media platforms
MindCanvas Studio uses a publishing app (“the App”) to post its own content to its own accounts on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest through their official APIs. The App is operated only by MindCanvas Studio.
- The App uses YouTube API Services. By using the App, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (opens in a new tab), and Google's data handling is described in the Google Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab).
- Use of each platform is governed by that platform's own terms and policies, including the TikTok, Meta and Pinterest terms of service and developer policies.
- Access granted to the App can be revoked at any time in the platform's settings, as explained in our Privacy Policy. For Google accounts, use Google security settings (opens in a new tab).
- The App is provided as is for publishing MindCanvas Studio content. It is not offered to the public.
7. Links to other websites
The website links to Amazon and to social media platforms. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those websites.
8. Liability
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be error-free or online. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the website or the free downloads. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer.
9. Privacy
How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country. Please contact us first if you have a complaint; we will try to resolve it.

We may update these terms. The version published here, with its effective date, applies.
